Kayaking in Plymouth Harbor is where I first began enjoying this sport. I soon went on to exploring local rivers in the South Shore of Massachusetts.   My home port is Plymouth Harbor. Entering by boat you will Pass Gurnet point and Saquish on your right, you will come upon Bug Light straight ahead and Long Beach to your left which you navigate through and follow the channel markers into Plymouth Harbor.  This is also an inlet for Kingston Landing if you go around Clarks Island and head right around Rocky Nook.  Beyond Kingston Landing is the mouth of the Jones River. To enter Duxbury Harbor you will follow channel markers further right after Clarks Island to head into the Snug Harbor area of Duxbury.
